2.High-precision hobbing planetary gear system
The current gearbox design uses a 13.7K Level-2 planetary reduction ratio, and the entire set of gears uses gear hobbing technology, ensuring the high load capacity of the gearbox.
3.Cam Shaft
The cam output shaft structure transmits motion through a non-circular cam, which can convert rotary motion into linear output.
Advantages:
Enhanced torque transmission: The cam mechanism can evenly distribute the load and avoid excessive local stress.
4.Low Noise
High-precision hobbing gears are used to reduce gearbox vibration during high-load operation.
Use appropriate lubricating grease to further control the noise of the gear motor.
