Working Principle of Electric Valve (Motor Operated Control Vlave)
A. Structural Principle
Electric valves utilize high flatness design with two plane surfaces to achieve sealing and flow control. The fixed sealing component (static seal) and moving sealing component (dynamic seal) are designed with different hole patterns, allowing the valve to form different fluid channels at different positions, thereby achieving five functions: water production, backwashing, salt absorption + slow washing, water replenishment, and forward washing.
(Note: The filter valve supports only three functions: water production, backwashing, and forward washing.)
B. Control Principle of Electric Valves
Automatic valves are controlled by a microprocessor system, which activates based on time, flow rate, or water quality signals. The operation process is as follows:
